Priority support is considerably faster than regular support as we reply to all priority support tickets before replying to regular support tickets.

Does priority support include code customization?

It depends. If the customization is just a few lines of code then we should be able to provide this as part of priority support. However, if the customization requires a lot of custom coding, you will need to fill out a customization request. If you are not sure if your requirement can be covered via priority support, please submit a pre-purchase question so we can let you know if it can be done.

How do I submit a priority support ticket?

Do I get priority support if I’ve purchased an extension?

No, we provide regular support to users who have purchased an extension/bundle or use the free core version. Priority support is only provided to people who have purchased priority support.

Do you provide priority support over the weekend?

Our support hours are Monday-Friday, so officially we do not provide any support over the weekend. However, if a member of the team is working at some point over the weekend we may reply to the support ticket.
